Unite and calm down all the ornate architectural elements. Replace old colors and furniture throughout the grand house. Make the space inviting and appealing to potential buyers, allowing them to envision living there.

Respect the architecture, yet white wash marble faux walls, ceilings and columns. Use today’s color palate throughout. Update Kitchen with new stove wall and repaint all cabinetry throughout including owner’s en suite. Replace furniture, fixtures, and accessories for today’s era.
